Shipping Policy

Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping country and the weight of the order packages. The shipping fee includes the final payment amount, and you can check the exact shipping fee when making payments.

Korea Post EMS and K-PACKET are responsible for shipping and delivery of orders to countries outside South Korea.

However, currently due to the severe shipping delays and restrictions, only EMS is available to limited countries.

EMS shipping usually takes about 7 to 10 days, but it could take longer than 1 month due to the pandemic.

Shipping time will vary due to situations regarding shipping countries and flights. Please track your order by using the tracking number provided.

Additional extra payment might be required at the customs or transactions in your country. We will not be responsible for the extra costs. Please check the import policy in your country before purchasing.

When shipping to countries outside South Korea, the package weight decides the shipping fee, and at certain weight, your order may be divided.

Orders are often divided by the courier if they contain the products that are heavy.

Return & Exchange Policy

For orders delivered to countries outside South Korea, return or exchange due to a change of mind is not accepted. However, in case of wrong delivery or defects, return or exchange can be received and accepted.

In case of wrong delivery or defects, please submit a request for return by including the order number, name, phone number, and a photo to confirm the wrong delivery or defects.
Please upload the photos to clearly show the defects.

Once the defects are confirmed, we will guide you to the next step.
